Finding your own resources could be difficult. Having to ensure you fit into each criterion and that it’s in your given area. However, thats why Margins Health is here to help.

How this works

After getting the insurance you are on and your given location, it’s easier for our Community Health Workers (CHW) to narrow down what’s available. Ensuring we are only giving you locations and resources that you are eligible for. While also taking into consideration how accessible they are to you.

What This Means:

Your Information

Given the insurance you have, it can dictate the resources you have access to.

CHW will look specifically at your insurance to ensure you are taking advantage of all the free resources they offer.

This means Medi-Cal or Regional Center resources you may already be eligible to obtain.

Other:

If the resources don’t fall under something that Medi-Cal or a Regional Center can offer, then we move to different research.

We take into consideration the resources you need and your given location. An example of this would be needing doos assistance, so we ensure to recommend good pantries that are not too far.

Our goal is to ensure that we are finding outside resources that are affordable and accessible to you.
